SHIPPING POLICY
At Tu Mundo de Plata, we strive to deliver your jewelry in a timely and safe manner. We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Puerto Rico. We offer free standard shipping for orders over $75. For orders below $75, a flat rate of $5.99 will be charged for standard shipping.
Once your order is placed, we will process and ship it within 1-3 business days. Standard shipping takes between 5-7 business days to arrive at your doorstep. We also offer expedited shipping for an additional cost, which takes 2-3 business days. Please note that all shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. We use reliable and trusted shipping carriers to ensure that your jewelry is delivered to you safely and securely. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to track the status of your shipment.
At Tu Mundo de Plata, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product arrives damaged or is a completely different item then what you ordered we offer 3 days to contact us, together with images and videos of proof that shows the state in which you received your product(s). When revised we will either give you back a full refund excluding shipping costs or give out credit to your account.
To initiate a return, please email us at support@tumundodeplata.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your jewelry item. Please note that the jewelry item must be in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please note that refunds may take longer to process depending on your financial institution.
If you receive a defective or damaged jewelry item, please contact us immediately at support@tumundodeplata.com with a photo of the item and we will gladly exchange it for a new one or issue a refund.
Please note that customized jewelry items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
